When I read about millions and millions of rapists and murderers pouring, unchecked, over our borders, I began reading more, and learned about the asylum process, credible fear, etc. So, when Trump alleged that the Boulder attacker was an illegal that Biden “let come in with his open borders,” I did some web crawling to try to figure things out Apparently, he was here on a B2 visa, and while the visa was still active, applied for asylum, and it reads like that was in process As far as I understand, he was not “illegal,” then in that sense He was already in the country legally and then applied for asylum If I am incorrect, I would love more information! For that matter, if my understanding is correct, a good explanation of why my “guess” was correct will be a good thing for many of us evaluating these claims and trying to bring reason and facts against propaganda being used to justify the abuse of power in the current administration
